About Us:

My name is Marcus and my lovely wife’s name is Sue.  We are proud owners of Masu Cleaning Service LLC.  We were born and raised in Munich Germany.  Shortly after our marriage we had the privilege of vacationing in Cape Coral, Florida with family and friends.  We loved the people, the community and the culture so much, that we have returned for visits several times, and eventually we promised ourselves that this is the place where we wanted to enjoy our lives together.

Shortly after our arrival in sunny Cape Coral, a concept was created.  Knowing our hard “German” work ethic and wanting to provide an exceptional service.  We put our efforts into creating a Cleaning Service.  Ma(rcus) Su(e) Cleaning Service LLC was born.

I have spent 17 years in the cleaning business in Munich, Germany, mostly working on corporate and office buildings.  Sue on the other hand was second in command with the accounting dept at the BMW - Germany largest corporation (surely greatly missed by the team at BMW).  Putting our skills together into this new idea, we could allow ourselves to dream big.

Immediately we enlisted the help of our dear friend and an incredible media designer J.P Terrasi who helped us to incorporate our thoughts, logo and ideas about our business onto an elaborate glossy postcard.  After extensive research on how to solicit in Cape Coral, we came up with the following idea.  We placed our postcards into clear holders with blue glass stones, and placed each one nicely on residence walkways so not to interfere, but hoping the nice presentation would get attention. 

And attention it did receive, calls began to come in, and a list of costumers was starting to take shape.  Since our first simple introductory campaign we are growing steadily letting our work and performance serve as our main point of reference.

Sue and I have poured our hearts and souls into this endeavor.  To become what we are today, it is a complete and uncompromising commitment.  Working seven days a week, day shift or night, we have done everything possible to continue to improve our service.    It might seem like we are missing out on the enjoyment of life, but in our eyes we are enjoying the best reward life has to offer -The American Dream- witnessing our vision growing from nothing to what it is today gives us incomparable joy.  The trust and confidence our clients put in us on the daily basis gives us the strength to continue, knowing and hoping we can escalate our mission into superior heights.
